1. – Vendor Information

Arkavita S.r.l. is the owner of the website www.myalkemy.it. The site is hosted on the e-commerce platform provided by Shopify Inc.
2 - Effectiveness of the Conditions of Sale. General standards.
The site’s sales channel is limited to consumer customers and to sales stipulated and to be carried out in Italy.
These Conditions of Sale apply to sales made to consumers through the website www.myalkemy.it.
Arkavita reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Sale at any time. In any case, the Conditions of Sale applicable to an order are always those accepted by the customer at the time the order is submitted.
The Conditions of Sale are supplemented by the information on privacy and consumer rights, which can be found on the site in the relevant sections.
The Conditions of Sale can be downloaded, saved on a durable medium, and printed. The customer is required to read these conditions before completing the purchase procedure.
By placing the order, the customer accepts the Conditions of Sale unconditionally.
Contracts stipulated through the site are governed by Italian law.
3 - Procedures for conclusion of the contract and acceptance of orders
The sales procedure follows these steps:
- Viewing of the characteristics and choice of product
- Access to the cart
- Choice of payment method
- Completion of the procedure and submission of the order, by selecting and pressing the "Checkout" button electronically.
The procedure can be interrupted at any time. The goods to be ordered can be changed up to the electronic pressing of the "Checkout" button.
By completing the purchase procedure on the site, the customer submits a purchase offer to Arkavita, which the latter reserves the right not to accept, at its discretion.
The non-acceptance of the order will be communicated to the customer within 2 working days from the time the order is submitted.
If the offer is accepted, before delivering the ordered goods to the courier, Arkavita will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer, containing the information required by current regulations, including a summary of the order itself and the conditions and terms of delivery.
The contract will be filed on the site's computer system and in Arkavita's databases. The customer can obtain information on the order and its status or cancel it, as long as the goods have not yet been shipped, through their account or by contacting Arkavita at its registered office.
Arkavita always reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution of an Order and / or delivery, regardless of the nature and progress of the fulfillment, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any sum owed by the customer, in the event of problems with the payment, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud connected with the use of the site.
In the event of non-acceptance or cancellation of the order, Arkavita will refund the customer the amount received without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days, according to the methods indicated below.
Orders will be accepted only if they are to be delivered within Italy and were submitted by a person residing in Italy.
Orders from customers who are not consumers will not be accepted.
4 - Characteristics of the goods offered, guarantees, and warnings
4.1. Characteristics of the goods
The goods offered for sale on the site have the characteristics, properties, and compositions indicated on the labels and / or information sheets published on the site at the time the order is placed.
4.2. Guarantees
The customer enjoys the legal guarantees set out by the Civil Code and (as a consumer) by art. 128 ff. of legislative decree 206/2005 and their subsequent amendments and additions.
4.3 Warnings
Arkavita Srl sells safe products and believes in the quality of its products and offers the best quality of ingredients on the market.
That said, the customer is required to comply with the following.
The customer is obliged to use the purchased goods
1) appropriately according to the nature and characteristics of the purchased good and to follow the instructions for use provided by Arkavita;
2) in compliance with the warnings and precautions for use indicated on the labels and / or information sheets.
In particular, the customer is required not to use products that do not have a warranty seal on the cap or whose warranty seal has been broken or tampered with, or whose container has been broken or tampered with.
Furthermore, the customer must make sure that the goods to be purchased do not contain components to which they are or the end user is allergic or intolerant and, in any case, must make sure of this circumstance before using them.
None of our products should be used as a substitute for medical or clinical treatment.
The use of supplements is not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, capable of providing nutrients in sufficient quantities.
The information published on www.myalkemy.it is not intended as a cure or treatment for dermatological problems and should in no way be considered as such.
The advice given on www.myalkemy.it or provided by Customer Services is for information purposes only and is in no way intended as a substitute for the opinion of a doctor.
The customer is required to consult their doctor if they have any doubts.
Purchased goods must be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age.
5 - Availability of goods and deliveries
5.1. – Product Availability
Only products physically available in stock can be ordered on www.myalkemy.it. The integrated stock verification function is precise, however there may be small delays in communicating updates with regard to actual products in stock and the situation displayed on the website. As a result, the availability of the item may not be 100% guaranteed in some rare cases.
Without prejudice to the right not to accept the order, if one or more items ordered are not immediately available for shipping, it will be our staff's responsibility, depending on the composition of the order and the time frame envisaged for restocking, to choose to proceed with one of the following solutions:
- immediately process the available goods and send the missing products as soon as they are available again without any charge for the additional shipping costs;
- contact the customer, who will choose whether to receive the goods in a single delivery, thus accepting a delay in the fulfilment of the order, or to cancel the products not immediately available from the order.
5.2. - Deliveries
The ordered goods will be delivered by express courier ordinarily within three working days from the date on which the order is accepted and, in any case, no later than thirty days from receipt of the order.
The goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, on the ground floor.
6 – Prices
All prices listed on www.myalkemy.it are given in Euros and include all taxes required by law.
Product prices are subject to change without notice. In any case, the prices communicated during the sale procedure and confirmed with the acceptance of the order will be applied to the order.
The delivery costs will be added to the prices of the goods, where applicable, and highlighted as a separate item during the sale procedure.
7 – Payment and refund methods
7.1 Credit Card
If the goods are purchased with Visa or Mastercard credit card payment methods or Maestro-enabled debit cards, the reference bank will only authorize a commitment to pay the amount for the purchase made at the time the online transaction is concluded. The amount for the goods dispatched, even partially, will be effectively charged to the Customer's credit card only when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in case of non-acceptance of the order by Arkavita Srl, our staff will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. The time for the funds to be released depends solely on the banking system and it can take up to the automatic expiry date (24 days from the authorization date). Once the transaction has been canceled, Arkavita Srl can in no case be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by delay in releasing the amount committed by the banking system. In the event that the Customer's order is processed after the twenty-third day from the date on which the order is placed, Arkavita Srl will in any case charge the Customer's credit card for the amount due, even if this is in advance of the material delivery of the goods, in order to avoid the authorization of the transaction expiring (24 days). Arkavita Srl reserves the right to request additional information from the customer (e.g. landline phone number) or to ask the customer to send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. In the absence of the required documentation, our staff reserves the right not to accept the order. At no time during the purchase procedure is Arkavita Srl able to find out the information relating to the customer's credit card, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the site of the bank that manages the transaction. No computer archive belonging to Arkavita Srl will retain such data. Under no circumstances can Arkavita Srl therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for products purchased on www.myalkemy.it
7.2 Paypal
In the case of goods purchased using PayPal, PayPal will immediately charge the amount for the purchase made at the same time as the online transaction is concluded.
The customer can make the payment through Paypal using a personal Paypal account or by choosing not to register for the Paypal service. In the event that the payment is not made within 2 days from the date of the order, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and myalkemy.it, the order will be cancelled without notice.
In this case, the refund procedure is that provided by the Paypal service.
7.3 Scalapay
If you buy with Scalapay, you'll receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the instalments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorise such transfer.
8 – Right of withdrawal

9 – Copyright
All the content on www.myalkemy.it , including texts, documents, trademarks, logos, images, and graphics, their arrangement, and their adaptations are protected by the legislation on copyright and by the legislation for the protection of trademarks (Act 22 April 1941 no. 633 and subsequent amendments, Royal Decree no. 929 of 21 June, 1942, and subsequent amendments) and are covered by copyright. The site www.myalkemy.it may also contain images, documents, logos, and trademarks of third parties that have expressly authorized Arkavita Srl to publish them. The reproduction, even partial, of the content, texts, documents, trademarks, logos, images, or graphics is prohibited. Any abuse will be prosecuted according to the laws in force.
